About Me

I’m Katrina, an Associate Registered Nutritionist with a Master’s in Human Nutrition. I work with adults seeking realistic, evidence-based support for weight management and blood sugar balance, without rigid diets, confusing food rules or being told to simply “eat less and move more.”

In addition to private practice, I support individuals referred through NHS primary care programmes supporting Type 2 Diabetes remission and metabolic health. That means the advice I give isn’t just theory, it’s the same practical, clinically informed approach I use every day in healthcare settings.

A comprehensive six-week programme focused on improving weight, stabilising blood sugar and strengthening long-term habits. With ongoing plan refinements, regular check-ins and continued support, this option provides the structure and accountability needed for lasting, measurable change.

Consolidation & Independence

Designed for clients who have completed Metabolic Reset and want structured support as they transition to long-term self-management. With reduced check-ins and targeted refinements, we focus on navigating real-life challenges, maintaining progress and building lasting confidence, so you can move forward independently.
